No. lift tank and remove airbox and your there. To lift tank. remove front bolts and rear. Remove garmet in the rear and replace the rear bolts about 3 or 4 turns. lift the front. I use my breaker bar to keep the tank up.

Can anyone tell me what size socket is needed for F4i 01 spark plugs? And is it just a case of loosening them, popping em out and screwing the new ones in (genuine honda spark plugs that is) ?

Anyone ever heard of those new E3 plugs? They advertise increased fuel economy and power...

Stay with NGK. Can a spark plug really improve gas mileage or improve power? Some say yes and others say no. Good gas mileage is based on how you drive, hard and fast or slow and careful.

there is a new plug out that does increase power...to the tune of about 5-10whp on a 350z. dyno'd. then again they're about25 bucks a pop.

i think it has some kind of capacitor in the plug.

enlighten us, do they make them for bikes???........I am sure we can all use an extra couple HP by just changing plugs.....

I understand how this may help acar, but sportbike plugs are already pretty high heat output. Just stick with NGK iridium plugs and you will be good.....

If you have a small enough socket wrench, you do not need to remove anything at all. There is sufficient space to change spark plugs from the side.

i'm not sure if they make them for bikes. www.pulstarpulseplugs.com

on an s2000 they made 7whp and 11ft/lbs...that's pretty damn impressive for a spark plug
