FPR isn't a bad swap; just a couple of bolts and you don't even have to take much else off.

If you're mechanically inclined enough to do the brakes, you can do the FPR no problem.

Sounds easy enough, I may have to tackle that if it is the problem. Cross your fingers for my sake!

Just remember to take out the shipping plug on the new part before install.

hahaha. the ecu could be the problem? technically that isnt a lie, but it also sounds like a load of crap, because it's too early to tell. As mentioned above, start with new plugs and pads, before you start suspecting the ecu. You might also want to invest in a compression testing kit. Harbor Freights has a cheap one that's pretty good. You just need a 10mm adapter.
