Someone tell me what piece this is please

Have something hanging next to my hoses and I'm pretty sure it's not suppose to be smh. Thanks

There are supposed to be three hoses hanging there. look inside the fairing, youll see a square at the bottem, those hoses get squeezed in there to hold them in place. They are overflow/drain hoses.

Looks like you lost a hose (there should be three) and gained some sort of electrical doohickey (and that ain't good!)...

Sorry I can't be of more help but me and electricals don't mix...
