Default Slight humming at 6k rpms.

I recently took off my exhaust to paint it and change the gaskets but ever since then the bike has had a humming low volume rattle at 6k since then I have read that it might be the cct but the bike doesn't even have 10000 miles yet so im doubtful on that. Trying to get some insight on it if it's the headers not even going to worry about it. Thanks guys.

The CCTL noise is fairly distinct, i.e. marbles in a tin can. Did you go back over all the exhaust bolts/fittings to make sure everything is tight? If it didn't do it until you messed with the exhaust then there is an 87.25% chance it is something on the exhaust!

I did go over them all but it still rattles I don't have time to year it all down again so I might have to wait until the winter to fully check I just don't want to ride if it's the cct I could get a video of it for you guys how ever.

There is a loose radiator mounting bolt could that be causing the humming?

I did snug it up it didn't go away I ordered a cct to see if that's the problem it's currently on the old automatic one and just hit 7300 so I'm hoping that's the problem.

Arrgh! Chasing down noises is a PITA!!! Well, here's hoping it ends up being the CCTL and you get it taken care of!
