Default The search is over !!

Found an F4i over in Dallas while i was in Fayette-ville, Arkansas earlier this week and been hounding the guy about it ever since. I had worked my way down to Hot Springs by this morning and decided to go check it out.

Was in my company car so i had to drive home and get my truck, then over to Dallas to pick the bike up. So about 10 hours of driving later i got my new (to me) F4i back home.

It's been through some rough times lol, needs a makeover. It runs and drives good but the fairings are about trashed. Going to sand them all down and re-paint like i did my F4. Only piece i have to replace is the tail section, it cracked on both side. The rest just have a little rash on them and will sand out.

Has an under-tail kit and a Carbon Fiber M4 shorty, also has the super bright headlights and Flush mount LED turn signals.

Here's a few pics of it, has two nails in the rear tire....some i going tomorrow to price a new set installed vs. buying online and getting put on.

What kind of price did you throw down for it? Other than a few cosmetics, it looks pretty good!

Paid $2500 for it, pretty cheap for around here with a clean title and only needing fairing work. Most bikes being sold in a 4 hour area are $3500 in this condition or worse.

Nice Bigboi! glad your searching has finally paid off! Good price too I would say. It doesn't really look like its in that bad of shape at all. A little TLC and she'll be good to go.

Thx everybody, going to take it to see about tires this morning and pull the plastics this evening and start the prep for paint. Dont know where he got the exhaust but i like the look. I had the high mount on my other F4i but i think i like the position of the standard/low mount better.

Figure i'll have her road ready in about 2 weeks, prolly spray it halloween weekend. Think im going to do just a plain gloss black and order some white fairing bolt kit and white factory decals.

Its at the Honda dealer now getting new shoes put on, they had a deal going on too. $10 over cost on tires and then the reg $70 per tire install. Ended up being $297 for front and rear tires.

Going to pull the plastics sometime today and get to sanding, then hopefully by next week I'll have my tail in from delkevic and can get it painted up.
