Default Salvage yard rescue has no spark

I am working on a 2001 CBR 600 F4i and it does not have any spark.
The bike needed a complete wiring harness and a lot of TLC.
Although the fuel pump primes it just will not fire up.
I have replaced the fuel pump relay and jumper ed the BAS.
The bike cranks well and has a new battery.
I have swapped ECU's with a known good one and still nothing.
Unfortunately the bike has an aftermarket ignition switch which is not supplying power to the pink wire going to the ECU.
I have a small cheap power supply and applied the 9V signal to the pink wire and still have no spark.

Any advice would be appreciated at this point.

I imagine it is related to the wiring harness, but have you tried bypassing the side stand switch?

As soon as I read that I tried it and still no luck.
I rigged up a bypass for the ignition switch to make sure I am getting power to all the circuits as well.
Could it possibly be the ignition pulse generator and if so where is it located?
Any help is appreciated.

look Here for the location of the pulse generator.
it could be it but I don’t think so as it basically times the firing. You have a total lack of spark if I understand your issue correctly.
