593??? I would say it's a great buy!!! My buddy has 80k miles on his..still runs great! Your bike was riden less than 100 miles per year DAMN....guy must have been really busy. One important question...did he take care of the first service? It's one of the most important. it's supposed to be done at 600 miles...Its mostly an oil change, but the bike may still have the original "break in oil" If that's the case...CHANGE THE OIL right away

Something to consider...

Low mileage isn't necessarily a good thing. This bike is 6 years old with only 593 miles. That means its been sitting doing nothing for quite some time. That's not a good thing. Neglect is just as bad as abuse on an engine. Make sure you know what you're getting into. If you're not knowledgeable about bikes, then have someone who is check it out. Or you may be sorry in the end.

DOH! I just realized you bought the bike already. Starting it after its been sitting for so long can be harsh. I hope you started it nicely.

i dont know how is the bike market in your area but 4600 for an 01 is a bit high. in my area i would expect for $5k to get a 05' with up to 5kmiles on it. unless he gave you like bunch of other things, i can not understand the amount that you paid for it. i dont know if its just me but i dont like older bikes with very low milage.i guess im just skeptic.

WOW...I wished I bought my bike in your area..I bought an 01 f4i black silver all stock , mint condition for 5,900 and that was a steal for my area..by the way it had 2,900 miles on it and I got 5k on it now and not a single problem
