Default Repair Manual Download

Hello everyone. As you all probably know, I host most of the CBR manuals on my website. Yesterday, my site was disabled because the bandwidth limits were exceeded. I've since increased the bandwidth, but I'll ask the CBR Forum members, as the primary users of the site, to go easy on the downloading or I'll have to take the manuals off the site to avoid further interruptions. Thanks for your support.

He is not asking for the manual, he is asking that we be courteous and not abuse his bandwidth. The problem is that it might make it worse because a lot of people didn't even know about the manuals on his site and now they will download the manuals.

If anyone has the 2004 manual that would be great. (or is the 2003 version similar enough?)

Yes, that's what I'm asking...for everyone to download only what they need, not every manual on the site. Imagine my surprise as I'm sitting here in sunny Baghdad, Iraq, and a buddy comes up and tells me he can't look at my site because it's been disabled. I log on to the site console and notice particular IP addresses that have a large download number next to it. Now, my first thought was to just block those IPs, but that's not possible without blocking out other folks who legitimately utilize the service my site offers. Not exactly fair, right? So I say to myself, "Stephanie, old girl...you're just going to have to ask those folks at CBR Forum to be a little more conscientious in their actions." I anticipated the mad rush to the manuals once I made my announcement, and the server has handled it well. Now that that's over, I ask everyone again to only download what they need. Be aware that other folks visit my site to view photos and videos (I'll update as soon as I get home on R&R leave), and it's a bit embarrassing when my site's gone because a few folks can't be responsible users.

Thanks again for your support.

I don't even know if the 2004 version even exists, but the 2003 is similar. If I find it, I'll post to my website.

This is what I'm talking about....how many manuals do you download that it averages this much bandwidth? Don't abuse it, please.

IP Address Bandwidth (KB)

63.207.14.130 328,778
210.19.231.2 209,357
68.206.64.133 374,244
67.184.37.2 328,586
194.251.142.28 328,585
209.168.232.227 329,068

Thank you for your support.

Sorry, I didn't realize about the bandwidth stuff.
I was downloading an F4 manual last night and looking at pictures at the same time.
The file didn't download properly, so I'm trying it again.
Just one manual.
Thanks very much Stephanie,
for the manual and for fighting for FREEDOM !
