first of all, TAKE IT TO THE TRACK
riding on the street like that is insane imo and its gonna catch up to you before long...
and wtf kind of tires are you using that your front wheel came off the ground while your still leaned over? usually my rear tire will spin long before the front end comes up if I'm still leaned over (T4 at Barber doesn't count lol).

I had problems with my stock rearset ground clearance on the track even with proper body positioning so it is possible dragging footpegs is usually because of the rider

Personally I prefer aftermarket rearsets because they give your boots a better grip on the pegs when the ***** of your feet are on the very edge of the pegs, stock rearsets are usually pretty slippery (don't the F4i pegs have rubber on them? that stuff is terrible for foot/peg grip)

and whats with the 1000RR comment? "My footpegs are too low, should I spend $300 on rearsets or $10,000+ on a new bike soI don't drag my pegs?" lol wtf kind of question is that?

yea woody but i'm positive your knee was down at this point...unless you're like 4' 11" like abad then you'll scrape everything before knee...hahahahaha....he's scraping hard parts before knee down which is indicative of rider style vs. bike...unless he weights 250 lbs.

LOL...$300 on rearsets vs. $10K on a bike to lift rearsets...hahahhah

good point, tahoe forgot about the knee dragging part (i've hit my head waaaayyyyyyyyyy too many times lol)

anyway, JV was it a flat corner?

you work at Honda? screw this, talk them into giving you a massive discount on Freddie Spencer's school and let him teach you!

sounds like from the questions your asking, you might wanna wait on the 1000RR, imo
and actually the 1" rise with aftermarket rearsets makes a huge difference

yea the stock rearsets are more like those suv running boards to get on the bike.

raise your rearsets by all means, but don't forget to hang off the bike like a monkey.
