Default Rear grab handle block off plates

It seems nobody makes rear grab delete plates for the rear grab handle on a F4i banana style seat.

So I decided to make my own, sawzall, bench grinder, some sand paper, and mothers polish gets me a nice bolt on plate made from the old grab handle. Took about 2 hours including an LED I drilled into each side so the plate looks like it was there as a function (blinker)

It shines like chrome, pics are lousy...

Thinking I may color match to the bike or paint metallic flake black... If you decide to make a set and paint it instead of polishing to like chrome it will take half the time.

Wow!!! Very nice work!!!!

You should make a DIY, or make a bunch and sell them.

I haven't seen a good block off plate, yet, butyours is as good as I have seen. Somebody could make a great deal of money if they perfected it. I would like to remove my "Oh ****" handle, too, so post up a DIY in the "How To" section.

I'm actually working on doing a DIY for complete blockoffs. My way will take more time and is more for the people that are working on doing bodywork and/or painting of fairings. It should come out like the F4 fairings when I'm finished. I'll post pics and whatnot when I get it done.

Oh, and those blockoffs are pretty cool; if I hadn't already started what I was working on, I would consider doing something like that.
