I was talking with the inspector at a shop and he was saying I need a rear fender above the rear wheel (not the one hanging from the tail, but one that attaches to the swingarm). Did f4i's come with on in 01? I am yet to see one...

 

none of the F4i's came with them stock, but various companies make aftermarket "hugger fenders". i think that is what you are talking about...

 

Yeah, none of the F4i's came with stock fenders. As far I as I can tell most sport bikes don't.

 

R1s and R6s had them...so they do come with them...

 

Alright guys, thanks for backing me up. I think I will be taking my bike to a different shop than that one for inspection...
