question on hole in midpipe of exhaust????

IMO a bolt will look kind of cheesy. Most auto parts stores sell plugs (or go to Home Depot or something) and you can get an actual plug off for it that will look better. The auto parts stores will have ones that are chrome to match the pipe better. I believe Mr Gasket is one maker of them.

Did the 7/16 bolt thread in right? I would have thought this would have been a pipe thread and not a normal SAE or NC thread.

hi do you know what size should I get to fit the hole I don't know what size is it and does the bolts resist heat

yeah it wasa 7/16 and it threaded in perfect. Actually doesnt look too bad and my clothes do not smell no more. That was my main concern.

The bolt gets a little hot. But you have to remember, there are some of the same bolts on the frame and bike that are just like it and that get hot as well and they do fine. I think it will do fine as well.
