Question about my bike?

Question about my bike?
Just got my first bike about a week ago. I got a 2003 F4I and had a couple of questions? I know these are broad questions but like I said am new to sportbikes. So if there is another forum where I can find the info just let me know. Thanks for the time.
What are some of the yearly maintanece I need to perform?
Also anything about this bike I need to know about these bikes such as comon problems or any preventitive measures?
Anything I should replace that was factory that would really help the bike out?

RE: Question about my bike?
If you have an owners manual, it's all in there for maintenance related info. I would tell you what it all is, but I don't have mine handy at the moment. If it didn't come with one, you can contact honda and get one for like $15, and it's extremely important because it tells you how to use basic features and what everything does. You can also get the service manual for like $60 which tells you how to completely service it and take things apart for repairs or what not.

RE: Question about my bike?
You can download your shop manual here.
One of the cheapest, easiest and noticeable mods you can do from factory is gearing change. Drop teeth in the front or add them in the rear to gain some torque.
Lube and clean your chain often, around 200 miles.
Add NOS stickers and use the fuel pills for my HP (kidding joke from another thread)
Take a good look at your suspension. Once you start ridding it... read up on the subject and learn how to adjust it for your style of riding and conditions.
