Progress of my F4i
well im bored as hell so i thought id post my progress on my bike since i got it. this thing is a really expensive hobby but i think ive got an unhealthy obsession ha ha.
here is how she looked the day i signed up for the forum

the wind shield was discolored and a broken mirror from where the previous owner dropped it moving it in the garage so thats the first thing i replaced

next thing to go was that huge, quiet exhaust so i picked up a d&d off ebay for 100$

so i was pretty happy how she was sitting, and then some lady decided she'd like to go on ahead and pull out in front of me so i went down. rashed the hell out of the left side, broke the stator, and the bike slid into the side of her car busting the headlight and breaking the nose on the right side and broke a mirror (and someone from the forum sent me one for nothing! thanks again!)

at that point i was strapped for cash so i got a really cheap headlight from a salvage place in my town and had to rock electric tape to keep the nose together
and also purchased some flush mounts from a guy on the forums and then they get here and are broken.. thanks again...

so after i scrapped together a lil more cash, i got a delkevic nose just till i could get enough for a full kit

finally after xmas i was able to get my full kit and brand new smoked headlights, zg db windshield.. oh yea, and a cf two bros m2
so this is how she sits now

and just some pic i took at my school. thought it was funny how all the bikes in the motorcycle parking spot are cbrs

but my journey is'nt over. i have to get the tank painted flat black and change the front fender, i do have the black one but i figured it needed a lil more silver to kind of go with my gas tank... or should i go ahead and change it out? anyway... thanks to everyone on the forum helping me out with questions and parts, gotta say im glad i signed up.

Hey poc. Your flush mounts no good? You should pm van I think he'll make it right.... If not then post in the member feedback thread in off topic and let everyone know. I still have a set if you end up needing them. Check your pm box! Lol
i would change the front fender. the gas tank may be a different color but it will look more complete IMO with the black fender. then all you have to do is black out the tank and you will be done. and once you do that I can make white honda decals for a competitive price if you would like
ok so i didnt really like that kit for some reason. i guess it was the tank, idk. so i decided to go with the original scheme that i was thinking about. so here is my bike, finally finished (cosmetically)
