I do smell fuel, fpr is fine, i checked it and its not leaking any. My FPR line seems good. The vacume line that goes into looks good as far as I can tell,

Sounds to me like either an exhaust leak at the manifold or you have a cylinder not firing. An exhaust leak can give you that low power feeling.

If your previous problem was with the spark plugs I would be checking them again. Start the bike and using a spray bottle filled with water spray water on each header pipe. If the cylinder is firing good the water should evaporate quickly. If not something is wrong with that cylinder. If one cylinder seems to be down compared to the others then pull that spark plug and check it.

Just pulled my plugs, they are flat black like crazy! a little redish tent too like metal when it gets too hot. Do these bike have to have NKG Iridium IMR9A-9H??? could i go to advanced auto parts and get something that matches up close, or is that a big cbr no no? These plugs definatly look bad, I bought brand new ones previously but they wouldn't even fire. so I have to take those back.

Do they all look evenly black? Put up a picture of them. Try to keep them in order. Red? Like rust color? Rust is due to water/moisture, the black soot is fuel. How old was that gas? Have a test of your coolant sensor. It contributes to mixture. It may be stuck reading cold, which would explain why it ran good the other day cold then went rich when you got it warm.

I drained the tank and put new 100% gas, which brings me to my next question. 93 octane or 87 100% gas, which to use???
