Default Power Commander III USB maps

I dont know if this is a repost but, I was wondering if anyone knew what the ZERO map would do to the 02 F4i. Right now I only have a K&N air filter on a stock bike and I'm just using the stock bike setting with the Accelerator pump enabled. Also let me know what settings everyone is using with the Accelerator Pump. Id like to have some info on this.

Thanks

The zero map basically makes the power commander invisible. Meaning, the power commander will make no changes to the bikes fuel map built into the ECU. The numbers you see in the power commander software is a percent change to the factory fuel map, so a 0 (zero) means that the power commander will make no changes to amount of fuel delivered at that throttle and rpm.

If you have the power commander you really should get it mapped.

How big a difference in performance is there when you get it mapped on a dyno? I am not looking to get every ounce of power out of the bike, well, I am, but if a $300 trip to the dyno isn't going to make a seat of the pants difference, and a damn noticeable one, then I don't think it worth it. Just installing the PCIII usb, and loading the map from their site for the exhaust system make a nice change. How much better can it get? Do you get your moneys worth? I don't race at the track, just ride to ride.

i picked up over 3rwhp over a custom map from another f4i..a/f was the same but tweaks helped. throttle respnose is SOOO much better with a dyno tune compaired to stock.
If your going get a power commander might as well get a dyno tune ,downloaded maps are OK but are nothing compaired to a custom tune.
