polished lip on stock wheels?

Default polished lip on stock wheels?

did the oem wheels with the polished lip come like that or can u polish them easily?

not factory; someone has removed the powdercoat. search 'aircraft paint stripper'.

A half decent paint stripper will get it off. If you can get Nitromors in the US then use that.

It will need to be polished afterwards which doesn't take long. eBay sells polishing kits that you attach to the end of a drill, a few different mops and soaps to get it really shiny.

At the first sign of rain it will go dull and watermarked, it will need constant attention to keep shiny and lacquers etc don't stick well to polished surfaces. It will be a pain to live with.
