Default plastic work needed for my 02 F4i

months ago when someone parking by my bike parked on the street and it was knocked over, my right side fairings were beat the heck up pretty harsh.
so after a while of being under stress, the headlight fairing cracked, and my headlights are like sagging, and the whole right side is like falling off...

so i need a place that can do some plastic work, (yes i know harbor tools sells a pastic welding kit, but i have no time to play with it or learn how to)

anyone in the so cal area have experience on plastic welding? or any suggestions on how i can mend my beat up plastics?

I straight out cant afford new ones as i have major bills on hand and a car project i am wrapping up after two years.

any suggestions or offers please advise or contact me.

thanx

Remove the upper and take off the headlight assembly. Superglue the two cracked pieces together. You only need a very small amount of glue. After it's dry, scuff up the inside all the way down to the bare plastic with 80 grit for about 3-4" from either side of the crack. Apply fiberglass to the inside and you'll be good to go. If you're real careful, you won't even notice it was ever cracked from the outside.
Did this on my bike in a couple of areas and it's a good solid fix.

you can get them at lowes/home depot. I think plastic welding works better though. You can combine that with ABS cement too.

busted out some super glue and took the front end apart and started gluing.
it held up so far...bought some jb weld just in case there is any more breakage.

now all i need to do is have the plastics lined up properly...
