Ok so I got a nail in my rear today and was forced to buy another one. So I went to the shop and my luck the only tire they had left because they didnt get their order in for like 2 weeks were the Pirelli rosso so i love Pirellis but never tried the Rosso yet what do people think about them? How sticky are they? Also i am running my brand new Pilot Power up front is that bad? And will it effecthow the bike will handle?Please i am a noob with sport bikes been a car guy and Dirt biker my whole life.

 

If you are talking about the newly released Diabalo Rosso, I got no regrets after 6k miles, sticks great, handles well etc. You may get better mileage out of Michelin PP's but PDR's are a great mix of everything. It is always best to have the same thread pattern tires front and rear so they don*t compete with each other but having said that, I have run mixed tires before without problems.

if you're going to ride aggressive, like drag knee, etc. then you want to keep them the same, but if you're just riding around and being noob it won't matter.

 

i got a set not too long ago and like them. lean in feels good, sticks nice, and holds up aight
