RE: Pics after powdercoating and exhaust!!!!!
I used tin snips to cut the can. I got lucky and got it perfect on the first try, so i had two extra cans of pimpjuice for nothing.
I wish i would have done the subframe also, but i didnt realize you could still see it with the rear fairing on. As for the frame, Im going to polish that. Too much work to take everything off of the frame just for powdercoat when i can do half as much and polish it. I will prolly do the subframe over the winter when i paint the bike. I dont want to have it apart for a long period of time again for a while.
Heres a pic of the stator cover that he did for me last night. I put on the tinted windscreen, hotbodies flushmounts, and i will be installing the stator this weekend, so i will post a picture of it all together and completed (for the time being) this weekend, minus the carbon wrap mirrors i just ordered.

it very apparent that you are spending a good deal of money on that bike... are you planning to make it a show bike, is custom paint job next?

Alekinci: The shop is a buddies of mine, and im very involved with all of the work. He's givin me an awesome deal on all of his labor and only charging me cost for materials. Im going to show the bike, but it will also be ridden. I dont believe in trailer queens. Paint will be done over the winter, unless i get a good deal on it before then. So far, I have $1,812 in aftermarket parts/powdercoating/labor. I paid $4200 for the bike which only had 2200 miles on it. So in total i have about 6k in it.
