Pics after powdercoating and exhaust!!!!!
Just got my wheels, swing arm, pegs, brake res cover, and other small misc. parts powdercoated. I also installed my two brothers exhaust, and did the red bull mod only with a different energy drink called pimp juice.

I have about 100 more pics of the tear down, each part before and after, and finished product. I also just installed a tinted zero gravity windscreen, hotbodies flushmounts, and i have a stator cover being polished and powdercoated that will be done friday. Tell me what you think.

RE: Pics after powdercoating and exhaust!!!!!
Themadpaki: I got the idea from people on the forum doing the red bull mod. Its the same thing, only they used a can of red bull. I just took the can and cut to fit.
ddaren: Total, after parts and labor, I have $511 dollars in it. Right about 200 was to have the tires broke down and reinstalled, and the bearings removed and pressed back in by the dealer. So the actuall powdercoating with tear down and install only cost me about $300. The guy that did it is a friend of mine that just opened up a powdercoating business. Thats not really any sort of special price just for me though. He does the same for others until his name is established. The name of his business is powder finishes plus. He will have a website soon.
Also, this winter the bike is being painted candy red with ghost flames, so the powdercoat will match the new red perfect. Although it gives a nice contrast now. You should see the wheels in the sun they shine like crazy since they are polished under the transparent red.
