I've heard they work well for 1/4 mile stuff. I had a practically new one and yanked it in favor of worn D208s. I don't care for the profile either (rear). I don't know much about the fronts as I bought my bike with a Shinko rear. I still have it if anyone wants it...practically new!

 

My buddy had them on the 929 and he slid around with those alot. Scared the crap out of himself with those tires didn't do any more cornering until he bought new.
