Im leaking oil from this plug, but I dont know what its for, or If I can just open it or its torque specs.

How should I take care of the oil leak?

According to the manual you pull that bolt to hook up an oil pressure gauge to check the oil pressure. Pull it out put some loctite on it and tighten to 22 lb-ft. If that doesn't work I'd order a new bolt from honda and repeat the above steps for install.

My best friend for plugs is teflon tape. Just be careful on the torque because
there is less friction and it's easy to over-do it. ;-)

P.S. Might want to drain the oil before you pull that plug. Not sure if it's
above the sump level or not, might get messy.

It's above the oil sight glass, which is currently not showing any oil.

I'd take my chances, just be ready to do it back up if oil pours out, it could lead to a bit that doesn't drain away easily (i.e. full of oil).

The bolt head uses a 10mm alen wrench, I got one, opened it (yes oil leaks out -_- ) and re-tightened it. We'll see
