O4 undertail

I am sure you can see that slot in the undertail on the picture. That slot will hold actually two of those Targa lights, end to end. On the "north" side of the picture would be the stock taillight. Since the taillight is also actually in the seat cowl, that slot is also directly below the stock taillight. If I could find a neat way to cut holes in the bottom of the taillight lense, the taillight would shine a white light through the slot onto the license plate. Then I wouldn't need any addtional lights, just make a clear lense to cover the slot and also to cover the hole I created in the taillight.Of course I need to mount a plate holder just "south" of the slot you see in the picture. Off of the license plate holder I will mount my rear turn signals. I am using Lochart Phillips small turn signals for that. Hope the discription makes sense.
If you got to the Targa site http://www.targa-acc.com/main_powersearch_nf.html , go to sportbikes and then search to "license light" , then look for this light on the right hand side of the screen that comes up and you will get a real good idea on how this undertail and light would work.

not sure if anyone even answered his question, but NO, you need a 04-06 undertail
