not sure so im going to ask, will a split seat undertail from on 01 f4i work on a 04 f4i with a bannana seat?

smak_blaze, I am right now installing the same, or darn similar, undertail to my F4. I like it, so far. I was wondering, the 4 1/4"x 3/4" slot under where the taillight goes is an ideal place to hide a license plate light. (IMHO) Did you do that? If you did, where did you get it? I see Targa, has what appears to be the perfect light, but it is not available until at least May. How did you light your plate?

 

im gonna have to say no. i know that the tail light is diifferent and the fairing is different so over all they come out to have a slight difference in size.

I dont have a plate light. What I'm thinking about doing is drilling a hole between the two brake lights and running a micro led (white) and fabricating some kind of shield to keep it from shining back towards other vehicle's. In other words directing it more towards the plate.

My undertail is quite different from yours. I am hoping to use this light from Targa, to fit in the slot that you will see in my undertail.

Is that light integrated? how does it work? Seem's to me that you will have only one ligfht on your undertail.
