I can only get between $8300-$8500 OTD, from Watertown, Syracuse, Ithacaand Buffalo NY. Are these ok? I know i seen some folks who paid, alot more, and some alot less.

 

ummm.... are you talking about brand new 2006? if thats the case than that a good price if you are talking about taxes, registration, inspection included. its a good price from the dealer.

try to find it used. without the banana seat imo

 

there's no problem with the banana seat.

 

You could probably save a couple thousand dollars by getting a 'nearly new' bike. It's surprising how many really low mile 2005s and 2006s you can find. Maybe the guy had a close call and lost his nerve, or the parents or wife put the foot down. Here's an example, at a dealership in NYC:
