Hey there does anyone know if there are ant aftermarket seats out there. I want to get rid of my one piece seat and go with something on the line of an RR seat or something like that please if anyone has any suggestions i would really apprecate it. thanks

Be forewarned, Corbin won't verify that their F4 seat will fit the '04-'05 F4i. In fact, one guy there told me it did and another one told me it didn't. I don't know of anyone that's actually bought one and tried, but I'd be interested to find out....

hey cbrnorm can u please tell me how u did that conversion. i think i remeber you sayin before u used ur stock subframe(i could be wrong). how did u get the split seats with the stock subframe? now that i wont be riding as much cause of this damn cold weather, i thought id finally do the conversion on my 04. if its cheaper to do a suzuki or maybe even a yamaha or kawi conversion like you, i'll go that way. plus its def. a custom look. thanks for any tips or how to's

I just called right now and they couldn't verify it either. They asked if I could take the bike over so we could try it out but I live in Puerto Rico

Does anybody know if at least the stock seats are interchangeable?

 

Sorry to bring this 8month old post back to the top but I just checked the Corbin website and they have an 04-06 seat. I'm wondering if anyone bought that and how much more comfortable they are. They want like $200 for the front and $100 for the back how can they sell two pieces when its a banana seat?!

Go to there web site they show the two peices hooking together or you get a little trunk in place of the rear seat

 

will that tail conversion work with an 01 f4i????? and what year tail is it? 04-05?
