Good deal. Did you let it idle a lot without the pipe and o2 sensor on? I wouldn't have expected the plugs to be the problem, but glad you got it figured out.

Oh yea after sitting for almost 3 days without riding or even getting started (downtime for plugs) I let it idle got all the cob webs out...and woke up the neighbors all in one shot. I have the pcIII coming this week and going to throw in the correct map and will be good to go for a while...till frame sliders and spools and then who knows....maybe get around to the MUDFLAP before august. Looking now at moving plate up at least 4 inches and removing some of the mud flap. I just cant see spending 130 bux for a little metal and screws (screw being the key word)

Just looking up "flooded" posts:)

My bike, another yellow 06 F4i, must have just flooded. It hadn't been started in about a week, I've been riding the 1000RR. I decided tonight I was going to install my new slip on with mid pipe, having to swap the O2 out of the pipes. I didn't get that far. I hit the starter and she bumbled as if she was going to go and quite. Would crank but no fire. Fuel Pump sounds fine. I tried the flooded scinerio as described in the manual and that is getting it to where she wants to fire up but my battery is starting to get low so it is charging.

Darndest thing, only has 3500 miles and I'm planning on taking it on my bun bunrer 1500 mile trip this weekend. If she'll start tonight, I'll probably get a new set of plugs to take along, just in case. I would go ahead and change them, but they ought to last more than 3500 miles.
