That looks great. I think a dark windscreen would look good also. I'd also like to see a how-to on the undertail. It's great when DIY stuff turns out looking that good. Keep it up.

The front's tight dog. Looks like your bike has a mask on. Kinda like Wolverine. Pretty cool.

Where can i get some of that color matching vinyl? i want to try and make my own decals.
All i actually need is gloss black to match the black decals on a silver/black f4i

You can get vinyl at almost any sign shop. They often have bins full of scrap that they'll happily let you rummage through and take for no charge. I've only paid for vinyl once and that was for this project, but only because I needed large pieces for the lowers. Even then, it's really cheap ($5/yard or so). If you're looking for black, just walk in and ask if they've got any scraps you could have. If they don't have any scraps available, just tell them you'll buy some. If you want something color-matched, take in a fender or something and ask to getvinyl the same color. There are lots of colors available out there and I happened to have this red color from another project that I did long before I even had the bike!

When it comes time to put it on, just take your time and try not to get frustrated with it! If you're doing flat surfaces, use a soapy water mixture to "float" the decal on and then work the liquid out with a squeegee. For curved surfaces, you're in for much more work!

---and thanks everyone for the comments. I will put together a how-to for the undertail, but it'll be a couple of weeks before I get the time. I'll link to it here when I get it together!
