okay so i have been riding my 06 f4i for about five months now well my brother drove into the back of my bike while it was parked so i am just wonering if i could chang me rear cowl/fender to a rr model or a 03 model with the two seats will that work with going from the full seat to two how will the seats fit or work. also i have been looking at doing the rumble under tail and also get the yoshi trs exhaust slip on. I would like to no a good place to get parts i got the insurance money just need the right answers on what to get. i have been looking at 1tail.com and ebay.com

some ppl isntead of the banana do a 2 seat

 

Basically you will need:

subframe
undertray
taillight
rear fairing
rider and passenger seat
and I am not 100% sure, but I think the passenger peg brackets are different.

 

so are both of the seats going to fit if i go with the two seat or how will they latch. also where are the best place to purchase these items.

your replacing the entire rearend, tank back. including the part of the frame they latch to.
probly cost a few grand.

You will still need the stock undertray. That is what the battery and ecu sit in, and what keeps you junk in your trunk.

Yes, you are replacing everything from the tank back.

eBay is the best place for parts. If you try to buy new, you are looking at a couple grand worth of parts. Unless you are a racer or just do very short trips, you may want to go ahead and get a Corbin saddle instead of a stock one. If you get the stock seat and spend a lot of time in it, you will want to replace it soon anyway.
