Smile New to Forum - 2001 F4i

Hello everyone!
I just purchased a straight titled 01 F4i very cheap. Guy said it needed a head gasket, but just go ahead and buy a new engine because the cost will be the same.... I'm finding he's right!

This will be my first "recent" bike. Everything else was made in the 70's.

I look forward to years of obsession just like the rest of you.

Default THanks Guys!

Here are some pics. Not too bad for 600 bucks when gas is as high as it is..

Do you know what bike the rear wheel is off of because that is not an original F4i wheel.

Default Good to know...

I wouldn't have known either way. A guy at work said they were custom wheels, or racing wheels or something like that. I don't know. I just thought they were lightened because it was an F4i... If it helps both wheels look the same.

I'm in Southwest MI, and the gas hit 4.30 the other day. A good reason to ride the bike.
