And stop dropping your bike. How do you drop a 350lb bike?
Let me rephase (sp?) "been down" When I 1st got the bike I had a kid on a bicycle make a sudden left turn right in fornt of me while I was doing about 10mph and that is the side that hit the ground it was either the bike or the kid so I put it down [:@]. Then I was praticing for my motorcycle liscense (sp?) and you have to do a quick stop and I forgot to hit the rear brakewith thefront brakeand did a monster stoppie and was not prepared for that and the right side (clutch cover) "touched" the ground. I managed to sorta save that one! Both of these happened with in the first two months of owning the bike! Now you might say "Hey learn how to ride!" In my defense I have been riding a cruser for the past 5 years and dirt bikes since I was about 8 so I can ride, these were just two extreme situations that were out of my control , well except the stoppie I guess I just didn't react right I don't know whyI didn't hit the rear break.

Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it! I think the case cracked during the kid incedent but it was very small and over time the heating up and cooling down has made it expand and got worse! I think I'm going to pull it off tonight and take it into work tomorrow and try to weld it up and see what happens!

WELL THE COVER IS MADE OF ALUMINUM CAUSE I HAD ONE OF MY BUDDIES WELD MINE WHEN I CRACKED IT, AND NOW I KEEP THAT ON FOR A SPARE.
