Default Help or at least som knowledge

1' of all i dont like the whole idear about my bike beeing a "past" model. Man thats a negative word
now for the serious part.
I have a 92 model and i would like to know if you know where to get a windshield in blue tone or something like that, ANd if anybody know if there are anywhere i can get a see through white tailglass. Because i want to make my tail and tail brake light into Diode lights.

And if i get a K&N Filter shall i not tune my motor for that

Me and my nice bike!!!
Love riding it and love to ride it on 1 wheel..
Topspeed 294km/h if i find a smaller person i think it will reach 300

Hey there! New member! Welcome! And one more nordic guy, we're gettin quite many... About that windscreen: I´m assuming you´re looking for something similar to your helmet visor? "Iridium". A company called Powerbronze makes windscreens for our bikes with a wide range of colours, including Iridium Blue.Powerbronze I was´nt able to open that page now, but try later maybe, or google it.

145 hp on the rear wheel? Or the crank? Either way, what have you done with it?

Welcome Gummi (rubber) bear :-)

I guess the speed is on the speedo and not GPS. The top speed for a stock CBR 1000 F is about 260 km/h, which also is very high. Going more than 250 for an extended period is mostly not possible even on the autobahn unless one drive like an early Sunday morning.

The power figuretells me that the bikehas a free flowing aftermarket system and the figure is calculated for the crank and not the rear wheel. Even the stockpower (135 on crank) and torque is very impressive and more than most people will ever use or use on a regular basis.

The bike seems so be in a greatcondition. Is the custom bike aside yours to?

Here is a well known video of a fastbike on autobahn, I guess you have seen it before since the guy is from your country. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Yb4wnGgj9A

And another on a CBR 1000 Fthat runs strong and also get high speedo readings. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Oqbl...eature=related

Windscreen from Denmark...http://mra.de/

Don't waist your time trying to change the rear bulbs to L.E.D.s as you do not have the correct type reflector, the light can only be seen directly to the rear. Your electrical system will overpower the LEDs and they will not work properly. The running lights will be too bright & people will think you are on the brakes.

Good luck on finding a clear tail light as a replacement...

wooo Guys.
If i were able to tell you every little thing about what i have done i wouldn't have been using a mechanic to do it Dont know details i just payed the guy. But he has a whole list and got 20.000,- richer
Basicly i drilled it up a bit, new camshaft, valve size, stroke, compression, intake manifold new exhaust. Akrapovic

So it proberbly would have been cheaper to buy a 1100xx but i feel in love with my cbr 1000f from my first testrun and it haven't changed since
