Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a yellow helmet (not solid yellow) that will match my 03 CBR600 F4i. I've looked at a bunch of helmets online but no local shops offer a yellow helmet in stock. I'll have to special order one. Looking in the catalog the yellow looks good but when it comes in the yellow is always orange!

I've tried the Fulmer Orbit (orange) and the HJC CL-12 (orange).

Does anyone have a yellow CBR and a yellow helmet to match? I'd like to spend between $200 and $300 for a new one. I think anything less than $200 new isn't going to get me a nice enough, functional, comfortable helmet.

If you know the brand and model of a helmet that matches the Honda Yellow then please let me know!

dont worry with a perfect match as that looks lame. There are several makes with helmets with yellow accents.

and alot of times your local shop will order stuff n get it faster than if you order it n not charge you shipping.

I have the Scorpion Exo700 rivet which works well for my 2004 with black and yellow wing.

 

I've seen an older CL-14 that's got graphics with yellow pretty close to my yellow/black f4i...(see pic, ignore the blue on it-thats tape) I have a CL-SP which, when it came in the mail was mustard color not yellow as you said. These colors match the ducatis and yellow kawis.

I've never heard anything good about HJCs. If you don't want to pay for a Shoei or Arai, check out Scorpion. This site has a yellow EXO-700 for $110 shipped.

Shoei rf-1000 camber...matches my buddies Tl-1000 perfect, the yellow is a little lighter than my bike. But it still looks close.

 

Well I don't want to be completely decked out in solid yellow or anything...... I just want a helmet that has yellow accents. What I'm finding is that the yellows that are out there don't match exactly. When it is close but not quite it looks REALLY lame. Like orange/yellow does against my yellow bike. If I went with a completely different color that would be better than having something a different shade of yellow.

I've seen a few of your pics with helmets in the picture....Which one is it? Is it possible to put the helmet you think matches on the seat and take a picture for me? That would be real helpful.

I did check out the Exo 70 and it does look like a really good helmet. Now if only it matches....

HJC CL-15 Session Yellow - looks very nice - mix of matte black and yellow- Just added a Gold (hope it doesn't clash too bad) mirror shield - Nice fit - comfort, though not warm during these 30 degree days...
