well here is something to ask... has a oil pickup mod been done for wheelies???
if it has not then you should ask to drop the oil pan... check for shavings in the pan
during wheelies the oil can be starved to the engine adding to bearings getting worn and get a rod knock.. in some cases the rod knock is so subtle that it can only be heard at some rpm ranges...
i would strongly look into that trust me please.... you could end up 3 months down the line rebuilding the engine or replacing it,
a properly taken care of stunt bike can be a diamond in the rough but they are out there..
cost wise i personally would buy it for 1100 -1500
that is pretty clean for a stunter though and interesting paint...
cosmetics can be done low cost... i would focus on the engine

Buy something else for your first bike. If it was treated and maintained properly by a good stunter, it's probably in just fine condition aside from a little banged up visually. I know a lot of stunters and how they work on their bikes -- they aren't all an immediate problem for the next owner.
But for your first bike, find something closer to stock. A beginner rider should not ride something that has been made more difficult to ride.
