Okay... adding a stupid thought... maybe i lost a spacer an i dont know the difference. Okay as you look at the front tire there is a spacer on the left then the bolt goes through the tire then there is only like a bushing (i dont know what it is for sure) that is actually inside the wheel (and noticably smaller than the other spacer) but you can take it out on the other side then there is bare bolt visible then it goes through the fork again and then it ends again.... Are there suppost to be 2 spacers that are the same size on each side of the fork?

ahh post some pictures, or compare it to a blow out diagram for us just to make sure everyone is on the same page.

really, dont take it to the dealer, I am sure this is a simple problem, and you dont need the hassle of getting the bike down there,
having them charge you an hours worth of labor, and possible embarresment, for something basic.

dude...i pm'd this to you awhile back to check for the spacers!! there are 2 spaces to go in...larger one on the brake side, smaller one on the clutch side.
you're missing a spacer on the left side...item no. 5! part no. 44311-MS2-000
gave me restless nights of sleep cause i couldn't figure it out!

look at my post above yours...

Sounds right, about you missing a spacer. Oh, and say "hi" to Rachel for us.

spacers are NOT on the wrong side, just one is missing.
if they are on the wrong side, the rotor will hit the fork as you tighten down on the axle.

NOW GO FIX YOUR SCHIZNIT MANG! i can now sleep at night.

Okay look... i dont know if you can sleep at night or yet Tahoe! Well i just have a question... how many spacers does it need? As you can see i had 2 spacers on it already... so does that mean i need 3? Or is one of them a spacer and the other thing considered like a bushing or something else? Well attached is the second round of pictures now that i have the tire off. You can see that the bigger spacer is on the nut side and the smaller spacer is on the bolt side in the pictures. Then on the last couple pictures where i have the ratches resting is where the forks were the way i had it. I had it exactly the way i have it in the pictures with the forks where the ratches were - the spacers were in the same spots..... So do i need another spacer??

Thanks!!

Sorry for keeping you up Tahoe!!
