RE: NEED HELP with My F4i
It's lowered about 2".
I think you need to concern yourself more with your riding style than the bike, if your wrists are hurting after only 10-15 minutes. Readjust your position, use your legs to support your weight off of your wrists. Take time to stretch on occasion (stop lights, ride one handed, whatever).

RE: NEED HELP with My F4i
Do you need the bike lowered? If not - bring it back to stock, it will handle better.
As for sore hands, how tall are you. I'm 6' and can sit straight up and hold the bars comfortably. My friend who is 5'8" needs to lean forward a bit, but he found putting the weight on the gas tank made it easier (stomache).
Sounds like you're putting way too much of your weight on the bars. This will make it difficult to learn to ride... you can't feel the bike like that, or be smooth.

hug the tank with your thighs & use your back muscles to lift the weight of your upper body off the wrists. no reason your hands/wrists should be that sore after 10-15 mins. unless you are just a big p*ssy
just learn to sit comfortably on your bike.
btw how tall are you & how much do you weigh. i'm 6foot 165lbs & i can ride for over an hour without my wrists getting sore. my *** is another story thanks to the honda hard as a rock seats lolz
