Default NEED CHAIN AND SPROCKET SPECS. please?

hey guys i have an 01 f4i,

i dont have a owers manual or anything i just looking into getting a new sprocket and a DID chain.

but i need the size of OEM sprocket and gearing?
and also the chain size to go along with that?

and if anyone recommends changing the gearing at all to get more power please give me a heads up im always looking for more power...

16/45 and pitch is 525.

make sure to replace both sprockets.

Negative, the F4i specs are as follows:

16 front
46 rear
525 size, 108 links

I've seen 16/46 too, that's what comes up for stock.

Rasta, get a kit, comes with a chain and 2 new sprockets. Stick with the 525 kit, the 520 chain is not as strong as the 525 (check any mfg. website to verify). If you want more low end power, then a popular set up is 15 up front and 48 on the rear, but you'll be running higher RPMs when cruising, and it'll be easier to wheelie.

Its 16 up front and 46 in the rear with a 525 chain. I went 1-, 2+ I think its the best bang for your buck mod you can do to these things. http://www.sumofallparts.net/ Go here for them they have a package deal for 160 bucks including shipping for vortex sprockets 1-, 2+ and a 520 rk chain.

I wouldnt worry about the streangth of the 520 chain you are on a 600 that doesnt even put out 100hp stock i have had mine on for about 5 months and no streatching and i ride pretty hard.

Oh yeah one more thing, get a speedo healer! Your speedo and odometer will be off after you do that
