pretty important, call GPR they're pretty good about getting you fixed up, and make sure to loctite those little pinch bolts, both of mine backed out so I've gotta get 2 more of those

The Scotts has more adjustments, not exactly sure which adjustments it has though, while the GPR just has 1 control.
The GPR is about $380 USD and the Scotts is $420 both prices cam from Cal-Sportbike one of the site sponsors, here is the link:

the benefit to having the Scotts over GPR is that with the GPR one setting means when your going slow there is tension on the bars/tripple, so if your maneuvering in a tight space (parking lot/pit) you need to turn the setting to "1" while the Scotts has an adjustment where you it will only apply tension when the bars try to move fast (headshake/tankslapper)
both are good products and I only use my F4i for a trackbike so I don't mind putting it back on 1 when I get back to the paddocks
