Default my new custom led taillight

so check it out, i made this new taillight over the last few days. i took the stock housing, pulled it apart, cut a circuit board to fit, soldering in some leds, glued it back together, and wired it up. heres how it came out:

running light:

brake light:

as some of you can tell, its a little inspired by the 954 taillight. i didnt really like how the stock one looked so this is what i came up with. if anyone wants some more steps on how i did it just let me know.

and heres a video of it:

Very nice. How does it compare to the stock taillight?

its not as bright as the stock taillight since it uses leds, but its pretty damn bright for leds. i used 5 10mm 80000mcd 55degree red leds for the running light and 16 of the same for the brake light. its gonna be far brighter than any other led taillight that you could buy. during the day the running light is a little hard to see, but the brake light is very easy to notice.

Well...... I have 96 LED's in my OEM taillight AND I bought them. Not trying to knock you- it's just funny you say that you can't buy things.....when I've been using this product for years on all my bikes.
And believe me, it's WAY brighter than the stock setup like whoah. And I even threw away the "Ebay special" LED integrated turn signal piece of cr@p that came on my F4i when I bought it.
With all the LED taillight talk on here I made a video today just need to upload it to YouTube.......
