Well how tall is too tall? im 6'2 and it does seem kinda awkward on some turns, and i can basically stand flat foot on any bike. Should my suspension be set higher because of this. or is being able to flat foot a good thing? Ive always thought it never really mattered

I'm 5'8" and I can barely get both feet flat. Dealers will tell you should be able to get both feet flat for the bike to be a good fit. I would go with whatever is most comfortable for you. Let's face it, if you're riding it ride your feet shouldn't be on the ground much anyway, right?[:@]

Actually I believe that 5'6-5'7 is the optimum height for riding. I am 6' and I feel too big for the bike a lot of times. I have long legs and arms. For track riding I'll take 5'7 150 anyday

I'm only 5'3" and I ride an RR. Can BARELY tiptoe both sides when wearing my riding boots (Vertebra 2's) but I haven't had any problems. I usually only drop one foot (like they teach in the safety course) when I stop. I'll admit, I've dropped it twice at a stand still (no marks), but that was only because I lost my friction point when I was trying to take off, and stalled it. Doh! When I do it right, and don't screw up, I'm fine.

Anyways, just another (midget's) opinion. Good luck with your search.

Girlie Girl...try the Rocket Dog Draglines....2.75" height difference....the only problem is they are not steal toe....
