Firsts things first...yes IknowI did a mistake by running I have told myself several times that I would never run on a country road. Secondly, I ran out of instinct beause I saw the lamp and just gunned it down the highway without realizing what I was doing, by the time i realized I was doing I told myself to pull over when I saw my front light flickering from the starter switch malfunction. By that time of course it was already too late, they have no footage of me evading arrest but they have good footage of me agreeing with everything they were saying because of courseI was in a state of shock not knowing exactly what was going on since I had guns pulled on me and thrown to the floor. At that point all I was thinking is agree with whatever they are telling you since any objection to anyone that is angry will just bring more problems (learned this in sales, reason I was down in McGregor,Tx). Lastly, the reason I was even in this situation was because I was traveling home to get clothes for my interview since they did not have the site manager on site at the day of testing. I wanted to make the best impression that I could at Dell since I come from a low income family and am working a dead end minimum wage job while going to school. I saw this as an opportunity and totally did not forsee all of this. As for the remark of being a squid that I am, I havent been riding long but I do have a good amount of seat time since this was my only source of transportation and the only way I could get to work. I would say i put almost9K on this bike in a 6 month period. The reason I said it was instinct that kicked in was because I have ran from police before several times but I have never been put in the situation of being caught and you can ask cbr_newbiehe willvouch for me on this. Reason I replied to this was to give my name some justice and just not have everyone flaming me not knowing my situation. I was looking for advice on a defense for evading arrest but from the looks of it im not going to find it here. Thanks again for listening and for those who can see or attempt to see where I am coming from I thank you in advance.

Well you did your name no justice by your reply.

And saying it is instinct because you have ran from the police several times before just proves your not all that smart.

Forget the the job with Dell, stick with pumping gas.

Still loss on how it is instinct to run. As for bike its a loss if you dont want to pay for it.
