Man, where do you find deals like this? I've been looking for several months for any bike that is in that range of money for my girlfriend on craigslist and no dice...

Does that bike have a title and all that good stuff if you don't mind me asking?

Jealous of that find, can't wait to see how it turns out!

 

well having the craigslist app on my phone is helpful lol. luckily this one came with a clean clear title and only 13k miles

 

yea i saw it on there and was ready to jump all over that and turn it into my stunner, but i kinda lack the funds lol

 

I was very lucky to have jumped on it right away and the guy ended up showing it to me a day earlier than anyone else, so i made the road trip to pick her up! It was a great find.

 

So i have all parts except for the fairings and started putting them on and going over the bike. Now i just have to get the wheels painted and tires mounted. 2 weeks down and god knows how many more to go till i get my fairings! Does anyone have an exploded view of the headlight mounting assembly?? Id like to see a pic of every washer and grommet or spacer involved in mounting the headlight to the stay.

Here's an update on the wheels after polishing and painting. Still have to paint the rear one tomorrow. I love the Spoke color, lots of metallic!
