I posted this pic in the New Member's forum. I have a question for you guys (should be an easy one) -- what model year is this bike? How can I exactly determine the model year of this bike? I tried looking online for a f4i model history, but there's none to be found. Can I look on the VIN and tell?

The reason I ask is because I think the actual model year is different from the one that is on my vehicle registration (it's Korea, don't ask... ). The Banana-seat throws me off. This Bike is a Canadian Model.

Also.

What are the symptoms of the CCT problem? I have about 16,000 KMs (10,000 miles) on this bike. Everything works really well -- but I have the infamous ball-bearing-in-a-can rattle...

I also have a bit of engine 'whine'. Is this due to the same problem? How can I tell how bad it is? (ie. at what point should I replace the CCT ASAP?) Right now I hear the rattle, but it's fairly quiet - it happens between 3-5k rpm.
