Default Micron exhaust.....

I'm sure this has been discussed. I'm just too lazy to go and hunt for it.

Does anyone have a Micron slip-on on thier F4i. How do you like it. I have a Jardine system on my bike now, but I saw a picture of a really good looking Micron and was thinking about it.

Any ideas?

Micron looks great and sounds mean as hell, I love them...I have run a couple different full systems from them and the new micron serpent headers with the race pipes, especially the carbon pipes, are really really nice. I have a brand new sealed in box micron full race exhaust system with headers and midpipe and carbon slip on pipe on sale on ebay. Paid $1200 for it, but I really need some cash right now so ANY REASONABLE OFFER WILL TAKE IT!!!! I will make someone a SMOKING deal on this system.

Copy and paste this link to see the auction! Tons of info on the auction page about these systems they are amazing and have huge weight reductions and horsepower gains!
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...17489&rd=1

• 25% lighter than other conventional race systems.
• Additional top end power gain of up to 8%.
• Up to 6% more gas flow, capacity & speed.
• Free from unsightly welds & joints.
• Sleek, fast & durable sculptured look.
• A world first from a world class manufacturer.

Hey eek, This is more than the first Miron system you have tried to push...

Whats the deal? You don't have just one system... You already sold one on ebay for like $300... I watched it... What gives? You got a lot, some source? How much for a system?

I want to make love to my Micron. I want to quit my job and work at the Micron factory as the janitor so I can be closer to them. When I die, I want to be burried with my Micron. I frickin' LOVE mine. Sexiest sounding exhaust I have heard amongst all the guys I ride with. Here's a pic of mine:

On the high mount pipes do you have to completely remove the passenger footpegs or are there adaptors that you can get to be able to continue to use them?

Here's mine, high mount... I like it, and I did make love to it. You can still use the foot peg on high mount... If you look closely you can see it. The thing is very light too and sounds pretty sweet.

Old post but...

I recently bought a (like new) 96 900RR, after many years not riding
it already came with a full Micron (race?) exhaust

I'm please with it, but have no idea of weight difference or HP gains (if any) vs stock

feel free to chime in if you have any specs input on this (model is MR400C and reads; "for off road use only" on the end) and has allen head bolts in the tip for easy removal and easy access of the baffle material if I want to make it louder.
