what a rip off. they claim to give you 3 subscriptions to cycle mags, plus their catalog for 17 bucks....well i received the catalog (overpriced to say the least) yet NO magazines have showed up. i think the forum needs to screen their "sponsors" better. this is total BS!

I think before you bash on our sponsors...you should contact them first.

Well how long ago did you intially mail or purchase your subscription?

Give it some time, and if after 2 full months you receive nothing, then you might have a problem.

Email them.

Sometimes I think these forums need to screen the members better. When did you order the catalog? Patience can be a good thing.

I have to agree with everyone else, this sight is overwhelemed with savvy enthusiasts, and I don't think they would have a sub-par sponsor. I'll bet you will get your subscription items, but you have to be patient. Keep us informed, though.

idea....possibly i HAVE ALREADY tried contacting them THREE TIMES and received NO response....i am not an unusually impatient person, but when i receive no response to my 3 attempts to contact them for support i become a bit irritated....call me crazy but i don't find it unreasonable to bash someone who refuses to respond to a request for support.....maybe im wrong. but i doubt it

Email or phone?

Sometimes the ol' tele is the best way to get answers. Just saying to explore all your options, I'm sure they get tons of emails daily.

Good luck.
