Also, you can get the switch for MUCH cheaper on rockauto.com (i just paid $8 shipped) and pretty cheap on ebay too.

Just installed it, was pretty easy.
Fan comes on at 201F turns off at 195F. Just perfect!

How reliable are our fans? I live in Bakersfield and it gets pretty damn hot here 100+ in may through September usually, and if I have my fan kick on at 201 then my fan would prolly be on non stop... Is that healthy? Lol

If youre in constant motion your temps are above 180-190?

Yea even when I'm on freeway during the day its around 200-215

Mr. Phil your bike is running hot. Regardless of the outside temp, at highway speeds you should never be over 200. Check your coolant level.
