Does anyone have any experience with low profile mirrors? Im thinking about getting some, but I'm not sure if I'll loose a lot of sight behind me. I don't want to get mirrors that restrict my vision behind me a lot.

Almost every mirror that's shaped differently than stock will reduce sight, unless they stick out farther, which kind of negates the point of low profile, hehe.

I've heard people say that mirrors like Puig Spotters are really bad for seeing behind you while riding

 

Bar end mirrors might be another route to go. I can't speak personally regarding their performance but they're another choice.

Yes, I was looking at Pig Spotters. I'll stray away from them, it sounds like they really suck.

 

So has anyone thrown on some bar end mirrors and can clarify if they work okay or not? I'm not a much of a big ear fan myself, I'd rather take off those long stock mirror and replace them with mirror blocks. I Want to get some bar end mirrors bad, but first let me know if they're okay sight wise..
