something happend yesterday and i just lost tottal intrest in my bike. it wasnt and accident or even any thing bike related that made me lose intrest. i dont know if im gona get back on any time soon or if i will get on ever again. im debating on weather to throw the bike in a storage shead for a while and see if i gain intrest in itor just sell it.what do you guys thing


i got to say though if i put it away ill probly never take it back out. i put my camaro in the garage 2 years ago and it still siting there althought that has its own story.

 

did you lose interest in ur bike cuz u cut off a finger or something? That's the only reason I can think of for why you have a couple million typos in your post.

 

I personally never understood how people can make snap decisions like that. I loved my bike yesterday, today I woke up on the left side of the bed, and now I dont like my bike.. I figure there is probably some deep emotional reason behind you changing your mind, BUT.... matters of the mind, and matters of the heart are 2 different things.

If you are battling 2 matters of the heart that are conflicting, I say keep it for a few weeks, then make up your mind.

 

Sell it.

When you get the urge again buy what suits you for your needs at that time. You may decide that a sportbike just doesn't work for you right now and that in 5 years you may want a chopper or something that can do distances easier.

 

Sell it; let someone who wants to ride it take it. You can always get another one later if you choose. Pass on the remaining good vibes.

Sell it to me, I'd love to have an 01 F4i. But on a serious note, why do you no longer want to ride? If it has to do with fear then that might be something you can get over. If it has to do with something else then you might not be able to get over it. Matters of the heart can be very complicated.

 

when you start feeling this way its time to sell it. you seem to have already made up your mind . i hope whatever you are going through gets better , and you can always buy another bike again later. good luck
