very nice bikes everybody 
Here's my 05. I had a kinda low speed slide on the right side, and I just painted the plastics a little. Quite happy with the result. In real life you see the scratches even less if that makes sense :P

The reason I ask is because a bud of mine is parting out his bike and is selling a pristine Leo Vince pipe identical to yours for $90 bones and for the price I'm considering taking it off his hands.

I really love it. It has a lot more growl then stock pipe, and when you get higher in the revs it screams nice. And it's not to loud that I **** people off. But I can sure be heard if I want to now. But if you want a pipe that is really loud I dunno if this one if for you. It really sounds like a Moto GP bike now.
For 90 bucks, that sounds like a hell of a deal. Wish I got it that cheap :P

Buy it, that's insanely cheap for an aftermarket exhaust in good condition.
